Terms & Conditions

Voucher Eligibility and Usage

a. Our vouchers are valid only for regular dining experiences at Brook’s. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

b. Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and are intended solely for the purpose of dining at our restaurant during normal operating hours.

Exclusions and Limitations

a. Vouchers cannot be used for special events, private parties, or any occasions outside of standard dining services.

b. They may not be applied to catering orders, special event bookings, or holiday promotions.

c. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty programs unless expressly stated.

Redemption and Validity

a. Each voucher can be used in full or partially. Partial redemption and split payments using a voucher are permitted, with any remaining balance retained for future use.

b. Vouchers are valid for a 12 month period.

c. Customers can redeem vouchers at any time during our operating hours.

General Conditions

a. All voucher purchases are refundable and non-transferable.

b. Brook’s reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any outstanding vouchers will continue to be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

c. Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to voucher purchases may result in cancellation of the voucher without refund.
